Welcome app website is multilingual

It's something long overdue, but this week we do it: the welcome app website is multilingual, specifically, they switched to multilinugual and English offered as alternative translation. The reasons for this are the massively increased international interest in our project as well as plans to expand the technical and content-related construct behind the welcome app across Europe in greater style.

Because we – just like to welcome app itself – not just sweeping machine translations rely on, but each try to control word and phrase, it can in the course of the changeover if necessary come to short-term outages of Web page, strange representations and missing/malformed content. Please excuse this.
